SpatiaLink has built a diverse management team with over 32 years of experience in supply chain & category management and information technology working for companies such as Walmart, Hersheys, Kelloggs, Unilever, PepsiCo, and Umarex. Our management team brings vast familiarity and knowledge in Retail, Consumer Product Goods, Category Management, Information Technology, and Supply Chain Management. We are also supported by a highly skilled board of advisors with expertise in supply chain management, logistics- and technology-based entrepreneurship, category management, information systems management, and fundraising.

Aaron Huffaker
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Nate AllenAaron Huffaker has extensive experience in supply chain management, stemming from his management roles in the sector. He was with Walmart for eight years in various supply chain roles related to innovation, international supply chain systems, inventory management, and transportation. While there, he managed the Thanksgiving Flow program for Walmart US Stores resulting in a 6.2% sales increase over the previous year while holding 28.8% less store inventory. He has also led two cross-functional teams designing, testing, and implementing new processes and systems, delivering within budgeted time and spending constraints resulting in $53 million annualized savings. Aaron currently serves as transportation manager for Delek US / Mapco overseeing 116 employees and is responsible for fuel transport operations.

As CEO, Aaron is responsible for strategic planning, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners, and coordinating decisions/building consensus across the information technology, business development, and finance departments.

Aaron is originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in Operations & Management and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

Steve Fortner
Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder

Steve FortnerSteve Fortner has 8 years of experience in category management, responsible for a $1 billion account for Sam’s Club at Unilever. He has co-developed an in-house product assortment tool that is now used by Unilever, and has experience in multiple roles, including Buying, Retail Operations, Category Management, Marketing, and Sales.

As CPO, Steve manages responsibilities for product-related decisions, including conception, development, and extension.

Steve is originally from North Little Rock, Arkansas, and received a B.S. in Biology and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Operations Management at the University of Arkansas.

Bethany Haefner
Chief Business Development Officer and Co-Founder

Bethany HaefnerBethany Haefner has 4 years of category management experience at The Hershey Company where she has gained a strong working knowledge of the retailing industry. She has experience managing a $2 billion confection category with over 1,000 items at Walmart and currently oversees the Hershey’s Grocery, Valentines and Summer candy categories. Prior to Hershey’s, she was employed by The Scotts Company where she was exposed to sales, marketing, and category management. During her undergraduate degree, she had the opportunity to conduct market research for Walmart and made suggestions that were implemented into their social media marketing strategy.

As CBDO, Bethany is responsible for coordinating sales and marketing functions, including facilitating product development and implementation and developing high-level contacts with current and prospective customers and employees.

Bethany is originally from Bentonville, Arkansas, and received a degree in Marketing from the University of Arkansas. She received her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas with a focus in Supply Chain and Entrepreneurship.

Nate Allen
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder

Nate AllenNate Allen has extensive experience in information systems and technology development, including leadership responsibilities at a product importers and manufacturers. He has project leadership experience from RFID inventory system implementations for six multi-million dollar regional and national companies. He has more than eight years of experience in web development, database management, programming, cloud computing project management, and inventory system implementation.

As the CTO, Nate is responsible for software development, managing the outsourcing of SpatiaLink's cloud computing and database management components, and all in-house technology requirements.

Nate is originally from Arkansas and received an Information Systems degree from the University of Arkansas. He also received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas.

John Miller, CPA
Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder

John MillerJohn Miller is well positioned to oversee the accounting and finance operations for SpatiaLink. He has several years of experience in both the public and private accounting sector, afterwards founding his own successful private practice in accounting services. John's experience with the Kellogg Company has given him invaluable experience.

In his role as Chief Financial Officer, John is responsible for financial management, controller, and accounting functions.

John is originally from Texarkana, Texas and received his undergraduate in Accounting from Southern Arkansas University. He received his Masters of Business Administration degree at the University of Arkansas, focusing on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
